Warranty Activation

1. Warranty InformationYou can contact our after sales support by email within 14 days to extend the warranty for an additional 6 months or to resolve any usage issues (see our email manual).

1) 1 Year WarrantyIf your product has a manufacturer's defect, we want to improve your experience by offering a replacement or full refund. For at least 365 days from the date of purchase, we are committed to reimbursing you for any manufacturer's defect your product may have.

2) Free Parts ReplacementAccessories: juicer cup + filter + screw + juicer barrel + pusher + juice cup + pomace cup.If you have any questions, please contact ACOQOOS directly and we will provide you with a solution as soon as possible.

2. Important information before use:

1) Inserting the needle plate: Incorrect insertion may prevent the juicer from switching on. Make sure the needle plate is fully inserted into the base to avoid poor contact. It is located underneath the handle (see attached photo of the pin plate).

2) ASSEMBLY ALIGNMENT: Align the locking mark on the hopper with the vertical mark on the chamber during assembly.

3) CLOSING: Ensure that the feed cover is closed tightly before switching on the machine.
